One real problem with pizza is that you can stare at the menu, or your coupons, for eons not being able to make up your mind. Too many mouth watering choices. Too many people deciding. (Unless you live alone.) And if you are hungry it can be downright agony, having to make a choice between so many delicious varieties.
If you’re like me, you probably love pizza, especially homemade pizza, hot out of the oven. When the weather warms up, however, you may be inclined to forgo homemade pizza, as the oven would just heat up the kitchen too much. You don’t have to stop eating pizza in the summer however, if you cook the pizza on the grill.
New Jersey is fortunate to be among the few states with an abundance of excellent Pizza restaurants. With a large Italian population and bordered by New York on the northeast and Philadelphia on the south west, both cities with large Italian populations, New Jersey lies in the heart of what is affectionately known as the “Pizza Belt”.
